The Colorado New Play Festival (CNPF) in Steamboat Springs will return June 17-18 with a strong lineup. After considering a plethora of scripts from theater companies across the United States, the CNPF has chosen five plays for its 2022 festival.

Plays for the festival are considered through a request for proposal process, and submissions are evaluated by the CNPF’s producing director, with assistance from an additional outside reader.
