Scott Parker

Scott Parker moved to Steamboat Springs in the summer of 1996 and immediately got involved in the thriving arts scene of Northwest Colorado. He is the former owner/operator of the Steamboat Mountain Theatre, the former Executive Director of the Friends of the Chief Foundation, and has traveled the world with his comedy troupe “We’re Not Clowns”. Scott has co-written, co-directed, or co-produced over 50 different plays during his time in Steamboat Springs. Teaching is one of Scott’s passions and he has taught everything from 8th Grade US History to Improv Comedy classes. Scott and his family recently moved to Oregon where he is the Executive Director of the Chehalem Valley Chamber of Commerce.
